Le Cordon Bleu:
Culinary Arts Programs

Earn an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts to prepare you for a fulfilling career as a chef in a resort, restaurant or cruise ship. This rigorous program allows students the opportunity to learn classical cooking methods and various aspects of food preparation, including nutrition and sanitation. Under the leadership of our professional instructors, you can develop your own style and showcase your originality.

Graduates of the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program should be able to demonstrate proficiency in both front- and back-of-the-house operations. Upon successful completion of an externship in a professional environment and all coursework, students earn their degree and can be prepared for careers as cooks, apprentice chefs, or kitchen managers.
